An unbroken 2–4 °C cold chain, box-level traceability and two-point grading — the systems behind the vase life your customers notice.
A flower's vase life at destination is decided by hundreds of small decisions made long before the box is closed: when the stem was cut, how fast it was cooled, what solution it drank, how it was graded and how cold it stayed on the road. Our quality system manages each of those decisions explicitly, so results are repeatable — not lucky.
Field heat is the enemy of vase life. Harvested stems enter pre-cooling within hours of cutting, and from that moment the product never leaves the 2–4 °C range: hydration rooms, grading hall, packing, cold storage and refrigerated transport to Bogotá airport. We log temperatures throughout, and can share the data for your shipments.
Every box we ship identifies the farm, the growing bed, the variety, the harvest date and the grader who approved it. If anything is ever not right, we can trace it back to a specific bed and a specific day within minutes — and fix the cause, not just the symptom. For buyers with certification and audit requirements, that paper trail is ready on request.
Stems are graded twice: once at reception from the field, and again at the packing table. We check stem length and straightness, head size, opening point, foliage health and freedom from pests and mechanical damage. Rejected stems never travel. Our tolerance standards are written, trained and audited internally — ask for a copy with your first order.
Flowers are a living product and logistics is imperfect; what matters is how problems are handled. We ask for photos within 48 hours of reception, respond within one business day, and settle valid claims promptly. Long-term relationships are our whole business model — a fair claims process is part of the product.
Tell us the product, volumes and destination you need and we will come back within one business day with availability and pricing.
