Chrysanthemums are the quiet backbone of the global cut flower trade: enormous colour range, long vase life, high stem yield per box, and supply that stays stable through the weeks when other crops peak or dip. If you run a weekly bouquet program, mums are what make the numbers work.

Types we supply

• Disbud (single-head): one large bloom per stem, used as a focal flower — includes the classic large-headed types and spider forms.
• Spray: several blooms per stem in daisy, pompon, anemone and decorative forms.
• Novelty: painted, tinted and specialty finishes for seasonal and event programs.

Handling

Mums are cut at the correct opening stage for the destination, pre-cooled quickly and shipped dry-pack or in water depending on the program. Handled properly they deliver two to three weeks of vase life, which is why they perform so well in retail where product may sit before it is bought.
